USAID Global Health Bureau, Office of Population & Reproductive Health | Family Planning Workforce & Communications Intern

Anita Dam is the Family Planning Workforce and Communications Intern in the Office of Population and Reproductive Health, Service Delivery Improvement Division. She recently graduated with a Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) from the International Health department at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (JHSPH). She spent the last nine months traveling [India, Uganda, and Switzerland] for her degree program to conduct research studies in the field and gain work-experience in global health. Her research has focused on contraception values and preferences, access to healthcare for migrants, and early childhood development. She joined USAID after completing an internship at the World Health Organization Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland as the Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights and HIV Linkages intern.
